Shopee's fees differ by country, shop type (regular, Star/Preferred, Mall) and category, and they change several times a year. Here is the structure for the two Shopee markets in our calculator, Indonesia and Vietnam, as of October 2026.
Short version: a regular seller in Indonesia pays about 10% + Rp1,250 per order on most fashion and lifestyle items. In Vietnam, the 6% transaction fee plus the category fixed fee and per-order fees commonly add up to 15–25%. Our calculator now starts at 11% (Indonesia) and 15% (Vietnam).
For regular (non-Star) sellers, the admin fee depends on the category group:

Example: a Rp99,000 T-shirt (group A) → 10% = Rp9,900 + Rp1,250 = Rp11,150 in fees (11.3%).
Vietnamese seller guides report totals of roughly 15–25% depending on category and programmes, which is why we now use 15% as the calculator's starting point.
